11. Purchases

Laura Summers Davis reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, description, typographical, or administrative errors where permitted by law.

12. Digital Products, Courses & Downloads

Digital offerings may include courses, books, ebooks, PDFs, audio recordings, videos, lessons, worksheets, downloads, membership content, and other electronic materials. Because digital materials may become accessible immediately following purchase, digital sales are generally final after access or delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where Laura determines that a verified billing or technical problem warrants another remedy. Appointments reserve time specifically for the client. Clients who need to change an appointment should contact Laura as soon as reasonably possible. Cancellation and rescheduling requirements applicable to a particular appointment may be provided when the appointment is booked. Missed appointments, substantial late arrivals, or last-minute cancellations may not qualify for a refund or may require a new appointment, subject to terms disclosed during booking and applicable law. If Laura must cancel or reschedule an appointment, reasonable options will be provided based upon the circumstances.

14. Ghost Tours, Events & Ticketed Experiences

Tours and events may require advance commitments involving venues, travel, staffing, equipment, preparation, reservations, or limited attendance. Cancellation and refund terms displayed for a particular tour, event, investigation, or experience govern that purchase. If Laura or the applicable event organizer cancels an event, affected customers will be informed of available rescheduling, credit, refund, or other applicable options. Weather, venue restrictions, property access, emergencies, safety concerns, travel conditions, and other circumstances may occasionally require changes.

15. Physical Products

Physical merchandise, printed books, apparel, accessories, and other physical products may be subject to product-specific shipping, return, replacement, or refund terms disclosed at purchase. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing merchandise should be reported promptly so the circumstances can be reviewed. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Participation in certain ghost hunts, ghost tours, paranormal investigations, historical investigations, private investigations, special events, or related experiences may require each participant to review and sign a separate Participant Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk before participating.

The separate waiver may address risks associated with the particular activity or location, including walking, darkness, stairs, uneven, unstable, slippery, or deteriorated surfaces, historic buildings or properties, outdoor conditions, weather, transportation, physical activity, restricted areas, animals, insects, environmental conditions, equipment, and other reasonably foreseeable conditions associated with the experience.

Participants are responsible for considering their own ability to participate safely and must follow reasonable safety instructions, property rules, event rules, age requirements, and directions provided by Laura Summers Davis, property owners, venue operators, guides, hosts, or authorized event personnel.

The applicable waiver may identify the specific event, date, location or property, property owner or venue, guide or host, and other parties relevant to that particular activity. A participant who is required to sign a waiver and does not complete it may be unable to participate.

Where minors are permitted, a parent or legal guardian may be required to provide consent and execute applicable participation documents. Certain tours, investigations, locations, or events may be restricted to persons 18 years of age or older.

The applicable Participant Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk, together with event-specific rules, safety instructions, disclosures, and other applicable agreements, becomes part of the terms governing participation. Nothing in these Terms or any separate waiver is intended to waive or limit rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

37. Stories, Interviews, Photographs, Recordings & Submitted Material

Laura Summers Davis may receive stories, photographs, videos, audio recordings, interviews, research, documents, paranormal experiences, historical material, creative works, personal accounts, artwork, manuscripts, or other material from guests, clients, interview subjects, collaborators, property owners, members of the public, or other contributors.

Submitting or sharing material with Laura does not automatically transfer ownership or grant Laura unrestricted permission to publish or commercially use it.

Before Laura records, photographs, publishes, broadcasts, adapts, reproduces, distributes, promotes, commercially uses, or otherwise makes certain submitted material - or a person's name, image, likeness, voice, interview, story, or original work - available to the public, a separate permission, release, license, consent, or other written agreement may be required, depending upon the circumstances.

That separate agreement may identify the material Laura has permission to use; whether a person's name, image, likeness, voice, interview, or story may be used; whether photographs, audio, or video may be recorded and published; the media, formats, and platforms in which material may appear; whether editing, excerpts, adaptation, promotional or commercial use is permitted; ownership or licensing terms; compensation terms when applicable; restrictions agreed upon by the parties; attribution or anonymity preferences; and permission from a parent or legal guardian when legally required for a minor.

Laura will not treat another person's independently owned creative work as Laura's property merely because it was submitted or shared. Anyone providing third-party material represents that they have authority to provide it and should not submit confidential, proprietary, copyrighted, private, or otherwise protected material they do not have permission to share.

Any separately signed permission, release, license, consent, or other agreement will govern the particular material, recording, story, interview, or participation covered by that agreement.
